Coastal Jamboree 2026

Join us on Aug 21 - 23 2026 at the Coombs Fairgrounds, 1014 Ford Rd, for 3 days of fun, learning, friendship, and everything horsey!

Before hitting “Register Here”, please read everything carefully to ensure you are selecting what you need and that we are gathering the information we need. Thank you in advance!

Registration opens April 1. Riding participants MUST be members of either Silver Spur Riding Club or Back Country Horsemen of BC (any chapter). Remember, the limited stalls and panels may be taken but you are encouraged to bring your own/borrow panels, Hi-Tie to trailer, or electric fence. The grounds are fully fenced. Contact us for options.

Non-riding participants are welcome without a horse, and do not have to be members. Purchase a Non-Riding, Non-Member weekend or day pass.

Dogs: We all love our dogs and they are welcome on the Fairgrounds on leashes and under control at all times.

Cancelation/Refund Policy: Any changes or cancelations up to Aug 15 are refundable less $15 to cover fee-processing costs. After Aug 15 no cancelations will be refunded.

Options are come for the whole weekend or just a day, or just the Saturday catered meal. Camping is purchased separately per night/per person. Early-bird camping on Thursday night available. Please don’t arrive before noon Thursday.

Clinicians will include: Selchie Middleton, certified equine Canada coach and trainer; Tabatha Hepworth of New Foundation Natural Horsemanship; “Adventure Smart” with local Arrowsmith Search & Rescue volunteers; Hoof Structure & Care with Certified Farrier; Julia Willemsen, Equine Osteopathy; How to Paint your Horse; Crazy gymkhana games, potluck and catered meals, trail rides, and so much more!
